Dear ma
I have so many things
I want to get off my chest
But I don’t know where to start
Firstly
Are you so thirsty for salvation
that you put all your faith
In a man made entity
Who led you down the wrong path
with their pied piperish tunes
only to end up in a ditch full of shit
because you listened to
fake musicians
who played the wrong pitch
I wish you’d stop drinking the cool aid
and go back to home made lemonade
but I can’t see that happening because you’re already addicted to their additives
that you refuse to see past its toxicities
I look at you lost in false doctrine
flicking through a story book that’s been revised so much I’m too scared to even look at how many times they’ve changed their rules inside to keep you hooked
those daily texts got you acting like a crackhead watching a dealer closely to see how much he’s packing in case he gets robbed of his daily dosage of insanity
I mean the audacity
they’re likened to street pharmacists and their depravity slowly killing humanity with generic drugs like cults do Christianity
I pity you sitting in the kingdom hall
with fake friends
fake love
fake women and men
who lie about
receiving God’s instructions from above
Only to have the rule of thumb
Of its members
who believe every fabricated word
because they’re so dumb
I still love you mum but I wish you’d start eating the filet Mignon instead of settling for stale crumbs off double fried chicken wrapped in a bun
But I understand you’re not a horse that I can easily lead to water
through your eyes i am 50 shades of a rebellious daughter that will not cower to the delusional powers of the perverted eleven who continuously lie about being anointed and getting front row seats in heaven
I miss you mum
I miss the way you used to love me unconditionally
I miss the days you accepted my flaws
and I wasn’t a lost cause
I miss the way you believed in me
my genuine love for humanity seethed in me
I miss the days we would laugh and sing
I miss the days i was your everything
Most of all I miss being the apple of your eye
I miss the mum that didn’t want to see me cry
but here i am a mess
some nights I can’t sleep
weeping and praying swaying to the sound of my own fuckin plights
Your eyes are wide shut
but they should be open
so you could see my heart bleeding
my chest heaving
struggling to keep my anxiety at bay
so I can live to see another day
but you don’t care
all you do is wear me down
when you should be rearranging your baby girl’s crown instead of turning my smiles into frowns
Now all you do is look at me like REFuse because i refused to stay in a cult with their fanatical muses
paranoid infusions
narcissistic delusions
And cognitive illusions
your vision is blurry
and you need to refocus
allow your heart to be compelled by compassion
so you can bloom like a lotus
you obey all your leaders
who bewitch you with spells
they aren’t Jehovah’s chosen
they are demons from hell
Please understand I’m not doing this out of hate
I just want you to be free
All you have to do is trust me.
